This is a fantastic idea 👇 but one that we cannot model in the US due to lack of funding for pre-clinical sepsis studies with the current #NIH structure. Sadly there is no “home” for murine models of sepsis. We won’t make real progress until things change.

This initiative is, in my opinion, science as it supposed to be: collaborative, interesting, and useful. Happy to be part of it.
