@fabferrage @LindorffLarsen I also love this idea. It seems I only have 10 papers referring to ubi data. 1 is about doubly phosphorylated ubi (https://t.co/bRdPuvd0hN with @Chun__Tang). Is it part of U-index or should we create pU-index or ppU-index?

Ubiquitin (Ub) is found phosphorylated at both S65 and T66 sites by kinase PINK1. The (de)protonation process of both phosphoryl groups is shown to trigger a conformational switch, thus making the doubly phosphorylated Ub a great pH sensor. More details: h

@Protein_Cell Ubiquitin is double-phosphorylated by PINK1 for enhanced pH-sensitivity of conformational switch (https://t.co/qbf5Yl9KG8)

Proud to have contributed to better understand the impact of phosphorylation of this still fascinating ubiquitin protein with my Chinese collaborators.https://t.co/sQZFqisjaJ
