@cosnosu77 知ってる論文の範囲での結論はどっちでも変わらないです(持久力系は回復早いみたいです) https://t.co/vluvOtcVHB ただし、サウナ温度が50℃くらいの研究で水風呂・外気浴は含まれてないです😢 個人的には運動後にリラックス目的でサウナ入ります。水風呂も温冷浴で使うと翌日の筋肉痛は全然ないです😊
