@g6ens The best I found is https://t.co/gltHsGg57W it is just a PEDV whose spike amino acids has 40% difference to every other known coronavirus. But the spike is highly variable, in sarbecovirus Ra7896 and HKU3 have 33% difference in the spike AA.
