I'm quite glad we got to use microsampling to do time-series RNAseq. Had 6 parasites X 17 timepoints = LOTS of mice. We followed a hunch that 20uL of blood at each T (w/o killing) would be enough to do RNAseq. And it worked! Check out the method - https://
