Stage II colon; no diff in outcomes between cape vs. 5FU. For me; polypharmacy ( go 5FU), cognitive impairment (5FU), unreliable patient ( 5FU), inability to properly maintain mediport (cape). I only rec adj chemo to VERY FIT #gerionc w stage II colon. ht
