変形性膝関節症では、関節因性筋抑制という現象が提唱されていたが臨床疫学的な実証がなかった。変形性膝関節症の約550症例・両下肢1100肢の分析をした。下肢筋肉量と大腿四頭筋筋力の関係の強さが、X線所見による膝の重症度が上がるにつれて弱くなることを示した。 https://t.co/znrkPEaDIp
