@Thomieh @nanopore Hi @Thomieh, I have done this with pacbio but same problem, long product + PCR = chimeras https://t.co/0F0tfHjlUQ. Reduce PCR to an absolute minimum and use Usearch to remove chimeras. can always compare to reference seqeunces as well.
