オンコセラピー、塩野義：S-588410の第二相、解釈が難しいところです。 「免疫反応があった患者さんは免疫反応がなかった患者さんに比べて有意に再発率が低い。」 いわゆるサブグループ解析での優位性ですが、免疫反応が起きる患者を事前に予測するバイオマーカーがこのワクチンの実用化には必要。
