@jpbouffard Low-grade astrocytoms in this location is known to carry BRAF V600 mutation. See our paper https://t.co/D1FOUAy6b9. I would also suggest BRAF fusion study to r/o JPA and OLIG2 to r/o ependymoma (likely neg).
