@tyronemund @eoghanwalsh Yeah, sorghum maybe. Problem is replacing those complex sugar chains. Saccharomyces will eat anything simpler than sucrose and also convert that. Sorghum has some non glucose, fructose, sucrose stuff. Might add body. https://t.co
