Das kenne ich. Als ich noch "mild" erkrankt war und spazieren gehen konnte, bin ich manchmal täglich mit einer Freundin spazieren gegangen, wenn sie Urlaub hatte. Am Ende ihres Urlaubs war sie gut erholt und ich lag erstmal mit einem Crash im Bett. 1/
