@agordonICU I wonder if NE dose is the right trigger for AVP initiation. The IPDMA from @agordonICU (and colleagues) and our data (https://t.co/sQrD3waimV) don't support an outcomes difference based on NE dose when AVP is added. Thoughts? @gretchensacha
