In patients with mania or psychoses, the mean rates of severe adverse drug reactions ranged from 6/1000 patients treated with VPA to 19/1000 with OXC (Hyponatremia). Severe allergic skin reactions were observed with CBZ and LTG, and severe oedema with PGB
