@DrJamesTorpey Like has been said already, Tris will pretty much kill your spectrum. AmAc is the go to and can be adjusted with ammonium solution; AmBic is similar with a pH of 7.8 but has other issues. A comment paper if you're interested: https://t.co/FD
One of my biggest pet peeves is the use of the word "buffer" to describe an ammonium acetate solution (and others) in the native ms world...glad to see I'm not alone @KonermannLars https://t.co/cc5aEPLck5
