鈍的外傷に伴う脾損傷に対してのTAEはDPAとGPAの間ぐらいからの近位塞栓が一番脾臓温存の側面からも良さそうとの論文があるけど、結構こういうの言うとあちらの人はカテ下手だからってあしらわれること多いのよねぇ。 https://t.co/Loty5LIDJM
