Linoleic Acid (from seed oils) doesn't appear to have much CVD benefit but isn't good for your liver. Studies show that alcohol + PUFA are a bad combination for Alcoholic Liver Disease. Also taking acetaminophen (panadol) + PUFA doesn't look to be great.
